Seasonal Spring Daffodil Wedding Flowers

I have the most beautiful seasonal spring daffodil wedding flowers to share with you today. Becca and Dave were married on a beautiful, March Day in one of the most stunning wedding venues in South Wales. De Courceys Manor is a hidden gem; a family-owned and managed venue in the gorgeous Pentyrch countryside just outside of Cardiff. It is such a lovely venue to work at.

Becca and Dave's wedding was a beautiful celebration of love, made even more magical by the vibrant colours and fresh fragrances of their spring wedding flowers. From the delicate touches of blues in the bouquets to the elegant floral arrangements, every bloom played a part in creating the perfect atmosphere for their big day.

This entire wedding was created without floral foam. All the vessels are sustainable. You can learn more about my journey in the #nofloralfoam movement here.

A Seasonal Spring flower Filled Bouquet

Becca’s bridal bouquet was the epitome of springtime elegance. She chose a mixture of seasonal spring blooms - a variety of gorgeous daffodils as the star of her bouquet; synonymous with spring and instantly recognisable with their central trumpet surrounded by perfect petals. Mixed with bold iris, seasonal helebores and touches of blue myosotis (forget me nots) and pastel oxypetalum. Becca asked for a few daisies throughout the arrangements and soft peach roses. The bouquets were lush yet delicate, capturing the fresh beauty of spring. these blooms. They perfectly complemented her bridal gown.

Buttonholes for the groomsmen

The men wore the same peach roses as the bridal flowers with extra florets of forget me not.

Spring ceremony wedding flowers

For their ceremony, Becca and Dave opted for a beautiful, natural looking floral arch, filled with daffodils, peach roses, helebores and cascading greenery. The delicate seasonal spring flowers brought a whimsical, romantic vibe to the arch. Meanwhile, the trailing ivy and eucalyptus added a rustic charm. The floral arch served as the perfect backdrop for their vows.

On the registry table sat a box overflowing with beautiful spring blooms. After the ceremony this was repurposed to sit on the sweetheart table for the wedding breakfast.

Aisle wedding ceremony spring flowers

The aisles were lined with gorgeous boxes of spring wedding flowers that mirrored the bridal bouquets. These were then moved to the reception room to decorate the guest tables for the wedding breakfast.

Tablescapes Full of Spring Elegance

The reception tables were adorned with the displays from the ceremony aisle, low arrangements in wooden boxes full of daffodils, iris, roses and more. The colourful blooms created a warm, inviting atmosphere, while the hand painted table names added a touch of sophistication. Every table was a nod to the beauty of spring wedding flowers.

Becca and Dave’s wedding was a true celebration of spring, brought to life through thoughtful choices in their floral arrangements. Their use of seasonal blooms ensured that every flower was not only beautiful but meaningful, adding to the unforgettable charm of their special day.

This is what they had to say about working with me:

As soon as I saw Anne-Marie’s work I knew she was the person I wanted to do our wedding flowers. She worked with us to help shape our ideas, and bring our spring wedding to life. The flowers were exquisite and so many people commented on how beautiful they were. She even came back the following morning to turn our flower boxes into bouquets so that we could give them out to family and friends.

She really helped us to get the most out of our budget. She is incredibly skilled at what she does, and we highly recommend her.
