Autumn Wedding Bouquets
Autumn is such a beautiful time of year, there is a crispness in the air, the leaves are changing colours, flowers are blooming, and fruits and veggies are being harvested.
With such vibrant colours all around it's easy to find inspiration for Autumn wedding bouquets. The key to making your blooms feel Autumnal is to use seasonal flowers or choose petals in hues like burnt orange, yellow, and deep reds. You could even add a touch of rustic charm to your flowers with accents like leaves, seasonal berries, wheat and greenery. These simple additions can turn a classic bouquet into an autumnal arrangement that truly represents the season.
Today I have picked a few of my favourite Autumn Wedding bouquets, all from real life weddings I have been lucky enough to be a part of. Each of these bundles of blooms were chosen for their autumnal flair and will show all the varieties that the beautiful Autumn months have to offer in the way of gorgeous flowers and colours.
Don't forget to pin your faves to take to your wedding florist, and let me know which is your favourite design.
Natural and wild Autumn bouquet
Colourful Autumn wedding bouquets are not for the bride wanting to hide away. This beauty is full of texture and all the bold colours of Autumn. Rosehips, Ranunculus, Roses, Verbena, Astrantia and foliage help to create this beautiful seasonal bouquet. Just look how beautiful Vikki and Chris looked on their wedding day. This natural and wild bouquet stands out from the crowd.
Modern Bohemian wedding bouquet
This stunning bouquet features an organic mix of autumnal blooms. The incredible Toffee and Caraluna Roses are the stars of the show. Rosehips, Sedum, Skimmia sit perfectly alongside the fluffy Pampus grasses and dried seed heads of Crocosmia, the silver shades of the Eucalyptus foliage finish this bouquet. It is reminiscent of a Dutch Master painting, it was a stunner of a bouquet.

Classical white and blue Autumn wedding bouquet.
This bouquet was perfect for a late Autumn wedding. The magnificent white Panda Anemones are breathtaking alongside the blue Eryngium, Avalanche roses and Alstromeria. This bouquet shows that the classical choice of white flowers works perfectly for every season but you can give it that little extra something with seasonal blooms.
Rustic Autumn wedding flowers bouquet
This beautiful wedding took place at Rosedew Farm. Josie wanted a bouquet in shades of purple with seasonal berries and wheat accents. I used Ocean Song Roses, Lavender, Phlox and seasonal Anemones, silver Brunia berries and seeded Eucalyptus which work tonally with the purple and wisps of Limonium gave the bouquet a soft ethereal feel.
Colourful, rich Autumn wedding flowers.
This is the perfect Autumn wedding at Rosedew Farm. I love these images by Steven Parry Photography. This bouquet is what I would describe as the ultimate Autumnal flowers. Shades of oranges and reds roses seasonal Rosehips, Astrantia and Sedum. Another pretty one to help inspire you.
Hand picked Autumn wedding bouquet.
This bouquet was created for the lovely Carys who married in early Autumn. She wanted the flowers to feel organic and natural. The subtle colour palette was a more unusual choice for Autumn but isn’t it just beautiful. Buttercup and Nightingale Roses paired with Freesia, Ammi Visigna, Clematis, Limonium, white Hypericum berries and a little foraged Old Mans beard - the fluffy white stuff. Super pretty.
Autumn wedding bouquets full of seasonal flowers
This is probably my favourite of these Autumn wedding bouquets. Maria gave me free reign to create her wedding flowers. I started with the stunning Toffee wedding rose. Here I have also used a wealth of seasonal flowers. The beautifully seasonal Chrysanthemum blooms in orange, Rosehips, pink Nerines, Symphoricarpos berries, Blushing Bride Protea, purple Verbena, Rudbekia seed heads and a little yellow Helichrysum. A rainbow of colours and utterly beautiful, even if I say so myself.
What do you think? Are you feeling inspired or more confused? Are you drawn to the traditional colours or the more unusual tones? Are bold colours your thing or are pastels more your vibe? Don’t forget, I am here to help and guide you in your decision making if you need me.
